Reporting your guest reservation data to Xplorie
If Xplorie does not have an integration with your property management software (PMS), you must create and send a weekly report to Xplorie containing your guest reservation data.
This reservation data is used to showcase Xplorie activities to guests via email prior to their arrival and to validate guest eligibility when they contact Xplorie’s Destination Guides.
Weekly Reservation Report
Each week, please send your reservation data in an Occupancy report (.xls or .csv format) to occupancy@xplorie.com.
At a minimum, include all reservations that are at least 30 days out.
The report should include:
- Booking/Reservation #
- Guest First Name
- Guest Last Name
- Arrival Date
- Departure Date
- Unit Name
- Guest Email Address
Please include reservation modifications or cancellations in the weekly report or send separately as necessary to occupancy@xplorie.com
