How to submit a Manual Occupancy Report

The what, why, how, and when of submitting manual occupancy reports

If Xplorie does not have an API with the lodging provider's property management software (PMS), the lodging provider must send a weekly report to Xplorie that contains guest reservation data +60 days.

The reservation data is used to validate guests when they contact Xplorie Guest Services as well as to market Xplorie to guests with email pre-arrival.  

Weekly Reservation Report

The lodging provider will identify a reservation report with the following information:

  • Booking/Reservation #
  • Guest First Name
  • Guest Last Name
  • Arrival Date
  • Departure Date
  • Unit Name
  • Guest Email Address

Each week the lodging provider will send this reservation report in excel/csv and include reservations 30 days out to occupancy@xplorie.com 

Please include reservation modifications or cancellations in the weekly report or send separately as necessary to occupancy@xplorie.com
