Xplorie Extras

Xplorie Extras are extra free-to-guest admissions using the activities that are on your Xplorie program. Xplorie Extras do not cost you anything. Rather, it is another perk of a partnership with Xplorie.

Example: If a guest is celebrating their birthday or anniversary. What better way to build a rapport and the relationship then by offering them extra free admissions as a gift from you during their stay. The guest feels special and you have just established a relationship that will bring the guest back year after year.

Xplorie Extras can also help resolve guest issues. We never want a guest to walk away from your front desk dissatisfied when it can be avoided.

Example: Perhaps an air conditioner is broken, rather than giving back a healthy portion of your rental income, you can provide a guest with extra free tickets (Xplorie Extra) to an activity to help diffuse the situation.

With this fresh approach, Xplorie Extras provide a method of addressing customer issues in such a way that saves homeowners and management a substantial amount of money, while building a strong foundation of customer satisfaction and continued guest loyalty.

(Extras can only be issued from your list of Complimentary Activities and does not include Additional Activities.)

  • Guest’s first and last name
  • Contact number
  • Unit
  • Activity
  • Date/Time
  • Number of passes
  • Reason

The Owners Program

Property owners may enjoy the benefits of the Xplorie program’s complimentary activities at no charge (with standard rules and restrictions applied).

Terms & Conditions:

  • Owners must be short-term (less than 28 days) stays.
  • Owners must be staying at their property.
  • Owners receive the same program guests receive.
  • Owner reservation details must be emailed to owners@xplorie.com in advance.

The Employee Program

Your employees may also enjoy the benefits of the Xplorie program’s complimentary activities. We believe that when employees can experience each of the activities on the program firsthand, they are able to better communicate the program to guests by calling upon their individual experience.

Employees will receive 2 complimentary (employee plus one guest) Xplorie Extras per activity, per calendar year.
