These personalized communications inspire guests to discover and book experiences that help them make the most of their stay.

The guest email journey is designed to showcase the unique activities and entertainment available to guests staying with our lodging partners. Most importantly, each email provides a direct link to the guest’s personalized activity page, making it easy to explore and book experiences online. The primary purpose of the journey is to drive guests to their booking page, where they can conveniently reserve activities and enhance their stay.

Guest Email Journey Based on Booking Date

The email journey a guest receives is determined by how far in advance the reservation is booked. As the arrival date approaches, certain emails are automatically removed from the cadence due to timing constraints.

Guests who book 32 or more days before their arrival date receive the full email journey:

  1. Benefit of Booking: Sent 48 hours after booking
  2. Tease Seasonality: Sent 29 days before arrival
  3. Tease Itinerary: Sent 7 days before arrival
  4. Urgency Driver: Email is sent 3 days before arrival
  5. Activities Concierge: Email is sent on arrival day
  6. Activities Reminder: Email is sent 3 days after arrival
  7. Post-Stay Survey: Email is sent 7 days after departure.

Reservations Booked 10–31 Days Before Arrival

Guests who book between 10 and 31 days before arrival receive all emails except Tease Seasonality.
