Xplorie integrates with RMS ZAUI to provide a seamless connection between your activity inventory and our guest-facing e-commerce experience. This connection allows Xplorie lodging guests to view real-time availability, reserve experiences, and receive valid tickets or barcodes—without requiring manual management on your side.

🔌 How to Connect RMS ZAUI to Xplorie

Before You Begin: Ensure you have ZAUI API access and your Xplorie integration credentials ready.

1️⃣ Gather Your ZAUI API Details

  1. Log into your ZAUI Admin Portal.

  2. Go to Settings → Developers → API Keys.

  3. Copy:

    • 🔑 API Key

    • 🆔 Company ID

2️⃣ Share Details with Xplorie

📧 Email Matt Kusar the following information:

  • Your Zaui API Key

  • Your Company ID

  • Your Venue/Location Name(s)

  • List of ticket types or products to be included in the integration

3️⃣ Xplorie Configures the Sync

  • Xplorie maps your ZAUI products and schedules into our system.

  • The initial sync will pull live activity data into Xplorie.

  • You’ll be notified when setup is complete.

4️⃣ Test the Connection

  1. We will make a test booking

  2. You need to confirm:

    • Booking appears in ZAUI

    • Ticket is issued automatically

    • Redemption process works end-to-end
