Xplorie integrates with RMS Viva Ticket to provide a seamless connection between your activity inventory and our guest-facing e-commerce experience. This connection allows Xplorie lodging guests to view real-time availability, reserve experiences, and receive valid tickets or barcodes—without requiring manual management on your side.

🔌 How to Connect RMS Viva Ticket to Xplorie

Before You Begin: Have your Viva Ticket API credentials ready and ensure your Xplorie account has integration access.

1️⃣ Gather Your Viva Ticket API Details

  1. Log in to your Viva Ticket Admin Portal.

  2. Navigate to Settings → API / Integrations.

  3. Copy:

    • 🔑 API Key

    • 🆔 Account / Organization ID

2️⃣ Send Details to Xplorie

📧 Email Matt Kusar the following details: 

  • Your Viva Ticket API Key

  • Your Account / Organization ID

  • Venue or location name(s)

  • List of ticket types or products to be included

3️⃣ Xplorie Sets Up the Connection

  • Xplorie maps your Viva Ticket products into its platform.

  • The first sync will pull activity details, schedules, and availability.

  • You’ll receive confirmation when the integration is ready for testing.

4️⃣ Test the Integration

  1. We will create a test reservation.

  2. You will need to verify that:

    • The booking appears in Viva Ticket

    • Tickets are issued automatically

    • Redemption works as expected
