Xplorie integrates with RMS Tiqets to provide a seamless connection between your activity inventory and our guest-facing e-commerce experience. This connection allows Xplorie lodging guests to view real-time availability, reserve experiences, and receive valid tickets or barcodes—without requiring manual management on your side.

📝 Prerequisites

Before you start, you’ll need:

  • 📄 An active Xplorie contract

  • 🖥️ Products configured in Tiqets with correct pricing & availability

  • 👩‍💻 A designated technical contact from your team

🔧 How to Build the Connection

1️⃣ Gather Your Tiqets API Details
From your Tiqets account, collect:

  • 🔑 API Key

  • 🔢 Organization ID

  • 🆔 Product IDs you want Xplorie to sell

  • ⏰ Any redemption rules or cutoff times

2️⃣ Send Details to Xplorie
📧 Email Matt Kusar the following details: 

  • Your venue/organization name

  • API Key & Organization ID

  • Technical contact info

  • List of products to be sold via Xplorie

  • Redemption rules/cutoff times

3️⃣ Product Mapping
Xplorie will map your products in our system based on the Tiqets API data.

4️⃣ Testing & Go-Live
We’ll run test bookings, cancellations, and ticket delivery checks before launching the connection.
