🔗Connecting Your EZ Ticketz Account to Xplorie

🧭 Overview

Xplorie integrates with RMS EZ Ticket to provide a seamless connection between your activity inventory and our guest-facing e-commerce experience. This connection allows Xplorie lodging guests to view real-time availability, reserve experiences, and receive valid tickets or barcodes—without requiring manual management on your side.


 

📋 Before You Begin

✅ Make sure you have:

  • 🏢 Organization Name (as listed in RMS)

  • 🔑 API Key / Client ID

  • 🔐 Client Secret

  • 🎟 Product SKUs or IDs you want on Xplorie

  • ⏰ Any redemption rules or cutoff times


🔗 How to Connect

Step 1 – Gather Your Details
Collect all the information listed above.
Step 2 – Send to Xplorie
Email📧Matt Kusar the following details:
Subject: RMS EZ Ticket Integration – [Your Organization Name]
Include:
  • Organization Name
  • Client ID & Client Secret
  • Product list with IDs
  • Redemption rules/cutoff times
Step 3 – Configuration
Xplorie sets up the API connection to your RMS EZ Ticket account and maps your products.
Step 4 – Testing
Xplorie runs test bookings to confirm products display correctly and tickets are issued.
Step 5 – Go Live
Your products are now available for guests to book via Xplorie.

🔍 Troubleshooting

Products not appearing Product IDs incorrect or inactive Verify IDs in RMS and resend to Xplorie
Booking fails Invalid or expired Client ID/Secret Generate new credentials in RMS and update Xplorie
