This connection allows Xplorie lodging guests to view real-time availability, reserve experiences, and receive valid tickets or barcodesβ€”without requiring manual management on your side.

Step 1 – Gather Your Details
Collect all the information listed above.
Step 2 – Send to Xplorie
EmailπŸ“§Matt Kusar the following details:
Subject: RMS EZTicket Integration – [Your Organization Name]
Include:
  • Organization Name
  • Client ID & Client Secret
  • Product list with IDs
  • Redemption rules/cutoff times
Step 3 – Configuration
Xplorie sets up the API connection to your RMS EZTicket account and maps your products.
Step 4 – Testing
Xplorie runs test bookings to confirm that products display correctly and tickets are issued.
Step 5 – Go Live
Your products are now available for guests to book via Xplorie.
