Your Xplorie Activity Credit

Activity Credits are dollar-value credits that can be used, at your discretion, to book Xplorie experiences. Whether addressing guest issues, rewarding employees, or offering perks to homeowners, they’re a simple, cost-effective way to meet your business needs.

Accessing Your Virtual Credit Card

The Xplorie Activity Credit Program allows administrators to purchase activities using a virtual credit card. Follow these steps to access your card, check your balance, and view transaction history.

 

Step 1: Log into Airbase

  1. Navigate to Airbase Login.

  2. Enter your email and click Continue.

  3. Click Log in With One-Time Link.

  4. Check your email for the Airbase login link and click Log In.

  5. Click Continue to Dashboard.

Step 2: Access Your Virtual Credit Card

  1. From the left panel, under Payments, click Virtual Cards.

  2. In the header, click One-time Expenses.

  3. Click on the first row in the table to access your virtual credit card details.

  4. To copy the card number, click the 👁️eye icon. This will copy the number to your clipboard.

Step 3: Check Your Balance & Transaction History

  • Your available balance is displayed on the virtual credit card page.

  • Scroll down on the page to view your transaction history.


Using the Virtual Credit Card to Book Activities

Once you have accessed your virtual credit card, follow these steps to book activities using your Xplorie Activity Credit.

Step 1: Select an Activity

  1. Visit the Activity Credit webpage.

  2. Narrow your search by using the destination and category tiles, use the Search Bar to find an activity by name, or browse the full portfolio of activities under the Book Activities tab.

  3. Select an activity and choose the date, time, and number of guests.

  4. Click Book Now to check out or Add to Cart if booking multiple activities.

Step 2: Complete Checkout

  1. On the checkout page, fill in the guest information.

  2. Enter your virtual credit card details.

  3. Use the Xplorie address when entering the virtual card information for billing.

Notes

  • Ensure you have sufficient funds before attempting a transaction.
  • The virtual credit card cannot be used for split payments.
