🚀 What This Integration Does
Connecting your Ventrata RMS with Xplorie gives you a seamless way to sell your experiences across Xplorie’s lodging partner network. Once connected, the integration handles everything—so you don’t have to.

- 🔄 Real-time sync of availability and pricing from Ventrata to Xplorie
- 🎟️ Automated ticket/voucher issuance through Ventrata upon Xplorie guest booking
- 🔁 Booking updates and cancellations sync directly from Xplorie to your Ventrata dashboard
To set up this integration, your Ventrata account must have the following roles:
- See Connections
- Modify Connections
📋 Prerequisites
Before creating the connection, make sure the following are in place:
- ✅ You have an active commercial agreement with Xplorie.
→ Submit request form to start onboarding if needed. - ✅ Xplorie must be set up as a Reseller in your Ventrata account.
- Define retail and wholesale/commission pricing
- Set the settlement method to: Bill to my account
🔧 Creating the Connection
- Log in to your Ventrata Dashboard
- Go to Connections > Connections
- Click + New Connection
- Select Xplorie from the list of partners
- Choose the Xplorie Reseller profile you created earlier
- The connection will inherit this reseller’s configuration (pricing, whitelisted destinations/products)
Optional: Customize Your Connection
- Add a custom name for the connection (helpful if you plan to manage multiple Xplorie integrations)
- Adjust whitelist/blacklist settings at the connection level to override reseller defaults
🔁 Mapping Products to Xplorie
Once your connection is created:
- Copy the OCTO API key displayed on your connection page
- Email it to your Xplorie onboarding contact
- Request product mapping using the OCTO API
Optional Mapping Method
If you'd prefer to manually select products:
- Provide the Product ID and Option ID (found on your connection page)
- Specify which ones you want mapped to Xplorie
